Respect every group plan
PlanMates Workspace Guidelines
Effective: October 8, 2026
PlanMates Run Sheets is a private planning workspace for adults in organizer-assigned groups. These rules apply to accounts, plan information, attendance, and conduct connected to an assigned plan.
Use only your assigned workspace
- Use your own account and protect your password.
- Do not access, copy, scrape, or distribute boards that were not assigned to you.
- Tell support promptly if an unfamiliar plan board or attendance record appears in your account.
Protect group information
- Keep restricted meeting points, organizer notes, attendance information, and group logistics within the intended group.
- Do not publish another participant’s personal information or live whereabouts without permission.
- Do not use plan information for advertising, solicitation, surveillance, or unrelated contact.
Respect the run sheet
- Follow organizer instructions and use readiness checks honestly for your own preparation.
- Do not misrepresent a plan’s time, place, purpose, capacity, or participants.
- If information appears wrong or unsafe, pause and contact the organizer or PlanMates Support.
Participate safely
- No harassment, threats, stalking, hate, bullying, coercion, exploitation, fraud, illegal activity, or deliberate disruption.
- PlanMates is not an emergency, transportation, background-check, or location-monitoring service.
- For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The published support mailbox and phone are not monitored continuously.
Support and enforcement

Concerns may be sent to [email protected], by phone at +1 (205) 239-0686, or through PlanMates Support. Ledger Whitcomb is the accountable support and safety contact.
