Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
A closed-group run-sheet workspace
PlanMates Run Sheets displays organizer-assigned plan boards for groups you already belong to. A board may include a schedule, timed steps, capacity and attendance state, organizer notes, broad area, and an exact meeting point when the organizer has confirmed attendance. The app also provides a combined timeline and personal readiness checks stored on your device.
The service is designed for existing private groups. It does not provide a public group directory, member-to-member messaging, emergency services, transportation services, or background checks. Group membership and plan information are managed by the service operator and authorized organizers.
Acceptable use
You may not access another person’s account; share restricted meeting details outside the intended group; misuse organizer notes; interfere with a plan or attendance record; harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate, stalk, discriminate against, or harm anyone; promote illegal goods or fraud; send malware; scrape or reverse engineer the service; evade access controls; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. Follow the Workspace Guidelines.
Organizer information
Plan details are supplied by authorized organizers or service staff. You may use them only to participate in the assigned group plan. Organizers are responsible for keeping times, capacity, arrival instructions, and meeting details reasonably accurate. Contact support if information is missing, unexpected, or unsafe.
Free first release
The first PlanMates Run Sheets release is free and has no active StoreKit product, subscription, advertising, or external payment flow.
Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using PlanMates at any time and request permanent deletion from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, safety risk, fraud, legal requirements, or service closure. Where practical, we will provide notice and a support route unless doing so would create risk or violate law.
Service changes, disclaimers, and liability
Features, plan information, and availability may change or be suspended for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMates Run Sheets is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every organizer entry, schedule, attendance state, or meeting detail is error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledger Whitcomb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waives non-excludable consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve it informally. Unless mandatory law where you live requires otherwise, unresolved claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. This section does not deprive you of non-waivable consumer protections or a forum required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice and identify the new effective date where required.
Questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected], by phone at +1 (205) 239-0686, or by mail to the operator address above.
