What to include

Email us for sign-in problems, missing organizer-assigned boards, schedule or arrival-detail issues, privacy requests, safety concerns, or account deletion. Include the workspace account or email, a short description, and an approximate date. Never send your password, full payment-card numbers, government identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Response targets

• Safety concerns: prioritized and generally acknowledged within two business days.
• General support: generally acknowledged within five business days.
• Privacy requests: generally acknowledged within ten business days and answered without undue delay, ordinarily within 45 days after identity verification.

These are service targets, not guarantees. The mailbox and phone line are not monitored continuously and are not emergency services. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Workspace and arrival safety

Only use plan boards assigned to your account. Keep organizer notes and restricted meeting details within the intended group. Contact support if a board appears in your account unexpectedly or if published arrival information creates a safety concern. See the Workspace Guidelines.

Account deletion

Request permanent deletion in the app from Account → Delete account. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account. PlanMates Run Sheets has no active subscription or in-app purchase catalog.
